2. Relationship to customer agreements
These Terms apply to our public website and general business interactions. Paid services, pilots, implementation work, business associate obligations, service levels, data processing terms, and clinic-specific responsibilities may be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, statement of work, or Business Associate Agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed written agreement controls for that customer relationship.
3. Who may use the site
Our website is intended for adults and business representatives evaluating healthcare operations software. You may not use the website or services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
4. Permitted use of the website
You may use our website for lawful business evaluation, contact, demo scheduling, and informational purposes. Healthcare providers and clinic staff remain responsible for patient care, professional judgment, escalation decisions, and compliance with clinical, privacy, and regulatory obligations.

6. Informational nature and accuracy

This includes maintaining appropriate patient consents and notices, configuring workflows correctly, reviewing escalations, training staff, protecting login credentials, ensuring data submitted to the platform is accurate and authorized, and using the services consistently with applicable healthcare, privacy, telemarketing, and communications laws.
Customers remain responsible for clinical decisions, patient-provider relationships, medical record obligations, emergency response procedures, and compliance obligations that apply to their practice.
12. No unlawful use
You may not use the website or services to violate law, infringe rights, transmit harmful code, harass or abuse others, collect information unlawfully, send unauthorized communications, bypass security controls, or interfere with clinic, patient, or platform operations.
13. Disclaimers
The website and any publicly available materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
